Preferences

Only clinic admins can change these clinic-wide defaults. Use Preferences to choose how Asnan+ identifies teeth, which currencies the clinic uses, and the clinic’s timezone.

Choose Settings in the clinic sidebar, then select Preferences.

Set dental numbering and currencies

1. Under Dental numbering system, choose the system your clinic uses: Universal, FDI, or Palmer Notation System. Keep it consistent with the clinic’s existing dental records.
2. Choose the clinic’s Primary currency. Add a Secondary currency if the clinic also works in another currency.
3. Choose the clinic’s Timezone. For example, a clinic in Erbil can use Asia/Baghdad.
4. Select Save and wait for the success notification, Preferences saved.

The numbering system, currencies, and timezone are defaults for clinic workflows. Changing a currency does not convert an existing invoice, receipt, or price. Check the currency on each financial record.

Personal preferences are separate

The clinic’s settings apply to everyone in that clinic. Your interface language and other personal choices are managed in Account settings → Preferences.

If a preference does not save

Choose a dental numbering system and timezone before saving. If a list is still loading or shows an error, retry it before changing the selection. If you see No changes to save, the form already matches the saved preferences.
