Get started
Asnan+ helps your clinic manage patients, appointments, treatments, invoices, and daily work in one place. It works in a web browser, so you can open it on a phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer. You do not need to install anything. Sign in with your account, choose your clinic, and continue your work from the same place on any device.
Requirements
Before you start, make sure you have:
- A phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer
- A modern web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge
- An internet connection
- An email address you can open
- A phone number that can receive verification codes
Start a new clinic
Choose this path if your clinic does not use Asnan+ yet. It is usually for the clinic owner or the person responsible for setting up the clinic for the first time.
Create your account
Your account is your personal and secure way to use Asnan+. It lets you sign in, manage the clinic, and continue your work from another device when needed. It also makes sure that the clinic has a clear person responsible for its first setup. Create your account.
Create your clinic
This creates your clinic’s own place in Asnan+. Your patients, appointments, treatments, invoices, and settings will belong to this clinic. You will also choose important details, such as the clinic name, location, timezone, currencies, and dental numbering system. Create your clinic.
Invite your team
Invite doctors, assistants, receptionists, and other team members with their own email addresses. Each person uses their own account, so their access can match their work and the clinic does not need to share passwords. Invite your team.
Join an existing clinic
Choose this path if your clinic already uses Asnan+. Ask a clinic admin to invite you, or open the invitation link they already sent to your email address.
Create your account first
Choose this if you have not received an invitation yet. Your account identifies you before the clinic admin gives you access. Create your account.
Start from an invitation link
Choose this if you already received an email invitation. The invitation connects your account to the correct clinic and gives you the role chosen by the clinic admin. Join a clinic.
