Sign-in and verification

Use this guide when you cannot sign in, need to reset your password, or cannot verify your email or phone. Start with the account that received your clinic invitation or already belongs to the clinic. Another account may sign in successfully but show a different clinic.

Check the sign-in method

A sign-in can fail when you use a different method or account from the one linked to your clinic. Choose the method and address you used when you joined.

  1. Open the Asnan+ sign-in page.
  2. For a password account, enter Email and Password, then choose Sign in.
  3. If you normally use Google, choose Sign in with Google and select the same Google account.
  4. Complete any phone verification or two-factor step that follows.
Recover the account you already use rather than registering another account.

Remember for 30 days keeps you signed in for longer. Do not use it on a shared computer. If sign-in fails, read the message on the screen and correct the problem before trying again.

Reset your password by email

Use email reset if your account uses an email address and you can open that inbox. If you cannot access the inbox but can receive a code on the phone linked to your account, use phone reset below.

  1. Choose Forgot password from the sign-in page.
  2. Select Email and enter your account email address.
  3. Choose Reset password and open the password-reset message in that inbox.
  4. Follow the link in the newest message to Set new password.
  5. Enter Password and Confirm password. Use at least 10 characters and include a number or special character. The new password must differ from your previous passwords.
  6. Choose Reset password. When Password reset confirms success, choose Continue and sign in with the new password.

If no message appears, check the email address and spam folder, then wait a few minutes. On Check your email, choose Click to resend. This returns you to the request form; enter the same email address and choose Reset password again. If a link is missing or expired, use the newest message or request another one.

Reset your password by phone

Use phone reset if you cannot use the email reset path but can receive messages at the phone number linked to your account. A code sent to another number will not verify the reset.

  1. Open Forgot password and select Phone.
  2. Choose the country code and enter the phone number associated with the account.
  3. Choose Reset password to request a code.
  4. On Check your phone, enter the six-digit code and choose Confirm.
  5. On Set new password, enter and confirm a password that meets the requirements above, then choose Reset password. When Password reset confirms success, choose Continue to sign in.

If the verification details are missing, start the request again. Check the country code and number before requesting another code. Do not enter a code from an unrelated verification request.

Complete two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication is an extra check after sign-in. You need access to the verified phone to enter the current code.

On Two-factor authentication, enter the six-digit code sent to your phone and choose Confirm. If the page reports Missing verification details or an expired two-factor session, choose Back to log in and start sign-in again.

If you no longer control the verified phone and cannot sign in, contact support . The current interface does not provide an authenticator-app recovery-code screen. While you still have access, phone and two-factor settings can be reviewed in Account Security.

Resolve email or phone verification problems

If signup or sign-in is waiting for verification, first identify whether Asnan+ is asking you to confirm an email address or a phone number. Clinic invitations use a separate flow, described below.

If you registered with email and password, confirm your address before signing in. On Check your inbox, open the newest Asnan+ verification email and choose its link. Return to sign-in after the address is confirmed. If needed, choose Send verification link if needed to request another message.

Phone verification requires the correct country code, phone number, and current code. If the page reports that your session expired, sign in again. Full initial setup instructions are in Create your account.

Creating an account from a clinic invitation follows a separate flow and does not repeat the usual email-verification steps. Continue from the invitation page and follow the choices shown there.

Return to an invitation or the right clinic

An invitation can still need acceptance, or it may already have created a membership while another clinic remains selected. Use the original invitation and verify the invited account before requesting another link or account.

If you received a clinic invitation, open its original link and use the invited email address. For a Gmail invitation, choose Continue with Google and select that exact Google account. For other addresses, follow the password or existing-account option shown on the invitation page. Complete any requested security step, then accept the invitation.

After acceptance, open Account menu → Switch clinic and choose the joined clinic if it is not already selected. An expired or revoked invitation needs a new link from an admin. A used invitation may mean that membership was already created; check the clinic selector before requesting another account.

If you can sign in but still cannot see the expected section or record, continue with access and missing-data troubleshooting.
