Create your account

Your Asnan+ account is personal to you. It lets you sign in securely and use Asnan+ from any device. Use the same account for the clinic you use now and for clinics you create or join in the future.

Create an account if you are starting a new clinic, or if a clinic asked you to create an account before sending an invitation. If you already received an invitation email, open Join a clinic instead.

Before you start

Make sure you can open the email address and receive messages on the phone number you want to use. If you already have an Asnan+ account, sign in instead of creating another one.

Choose how to create your account

• Email and password: Choose this if you want to sign in with your email address and a password. Asnan+ will ask you to confirm your email address.
• Google (no Asnan+ password): Choose this if you want to sign in with Google. You do not need to create an Asnan+ password. Google confirms the email address, but Asnan+ may still ask you to verify your phone number.

Use email and password

Open Asnan+

Open Asnan+  in a modern web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge. Then select Sign up.

Enter your email and password

Enter your Email and choose a Password. Your email address is how Asnan+ identifies your account. Use at least ten characters in your password, including a number or special character.

Accept the terms

Review and accept the terms, then select Get started.

Verify your email

After you select Get started, Asnan+ sends a verification email to the address you entered. On Check your inbox, open that email and follow its link. This confirms that the email address belongs to you. If you need another message, select Send verification link if needed.

Sign in

After the email is verified, Asnan+ returns you to the login screen with an Email verified message. Sign in with your email and password.

Use Google

Verify your phone

After you create your account, Asnan+ asks you to verify your phone before you can use the app. This helps protect your account and confirms that the phone number belongs to you.

Request a code

On Verify your phone number, check the country dial code and enter your phone number. Then select Send code.

Confirm the code

You receive a six-digit code by Telegram, WhatsApp, or SMS. Open the message, enter the code in Asnan+, and select Confirm.

Choose your next step

After you verify your phone, your account is ready to use. Choose the path that matches you:

• Start a new clinic: Choose this if your clinic does not use Asnan+ yet. Create your clinic to set up its name, location, and other details.
• Join an existing clinic: Choose this if your clinic already uses Asnan+. Ask a clinic admin to invite this account, then open the invitation email and join the clinic.

Having trouble?

If you have one of the following problems, try the steps below.

I did not receive the email

Check spam or junk first. If you cannot find the email, select Send verification link if needed to ask Asnan+ to send a new verification email. Open the newest email and select its verification link.

My verification link does not work

A verification link can expire. Select Send verification link if needed to get a new email. Open the newest email and use its link.

I did not receive the code

Check Telegram, WhatsApp, and SMS for the code. If you cannot find it, refresh the page, check the country code and phone number, then select Send code to request a new code.

My verification code does not work

A code may not work because it has expired. Refresh the page, check the country code and phone number, then select Send code to request a new code. Use only the newest code you receive.

I cannot sign in with Google

Start again and choose the Google account you want to use. Complete any Google checks. If it still does not work, contact support .
