Join a clinic
A clinic admin has invited you to join their clinic. You may already have an Asnan+ account, or you may be new to Asnan+. The invitation email guides you through the right path and adds you to the clinic with your own account.
Open the newest invitation email and follow its link. Before you continue, check the clinic name, invited email address, and role.
Before you join
Choose the path that matches you:
- You are new to Asnan+: Create your account from the invitation. The invited email is already filled in and cannot be changed.
- You already have an Asnan+ account: Sign in with the email address that received the invitation.
Use the exact invited email address for the path you choose. Invitations expire after seven days. When a clinic admin resends one, only the newest link works.
Create an account and join
Choose this path if you do not yet have an Asnan+ account for the email that received the invitation. It creates your first personal account and joins it to the clinic.
Open the invitation
Open the newest invitation link in the email sent by the clinic admin. The account-creation form opens with the clinic, role, and invited email.
Create your account and join
To use email and password, choose a password that meets the displayed requirements, then select Create account and accept invitation.
If the invitation was sent to a Gmail address, you can select Sign up with Google instead. Choose the exact invited Google account, complete any Google checks, then select Accept invitation.
After you finish either option, Asnan+ creates your personal account and adds it to the clinic with the role shown in the invitation.
Verify your phone
Before you open the clinic for the first time, Asnan+ may ask you to verify your phone. Enter your number, request a code, then confirm the code you receive through Telegram, WhatsApp, or SMS. See Create your account for the full phone-verification steps.
Sign in with an existing account
Choose this path if you already have an Asnan+ account for the email that received the invitation. It adds that existing account to the clinic, so you do not create another account.
Open the invitation
Open the newest invitation link in the email sent by the clinic admin. If you are signed out, select Log in.
Sign in with the invited email
Sign in with the invited email address. Complete two-factor authentication if Asnan+ asks. For an existing account with an invited Gmail address, you can also select Continue with Google. Choose the exact invited Google account. This button appears only for Gmail invitations.
Accept the invitation
After you log in, or if you are already signed in with the invited email, select Accept invitation to join the clinic.
If the invitation page says you are signed in with a different email, select Switch account. Sign in with the invited email, then select Accept invitation to join the clinic.
Open the clinic
When you accept the invitation, Asnan+ adds you to the clinic and opens your workspace. If another clinic remains selected, open the Account menu in the navigation. Under Switch clinic, choose the clinic you just joined.
If you reopen an accepted invitation, select Go to clinic dashboard to open that clinic directly.
Choose your next step
Your invitation has been accepted, and the clinic is now available from your account. The role selected by the clinic admin controls what you can see and do. Choose what you need next:
- Learn Asnan+: Navigate Asnan+ explains the workspace and main navigation.
- Ask about access: If you cannot see a section or complete an action you need, ask the clinic admin to review your role and access.

Use the message on the invitation page to identify the problem, then follow the matching guidance below.
The invitation link has expired
Ask a clinic admin to resend the invitation. Open the newest email because the previous link no longer works.
The invitation was revoked
Ask the clinic admin whether you should still join. If access is intended, they need to send a new invitation.
The invitation was sent to the wrong email
If you have an Asnan+ account for the invited email, use Switch account. Otherwise, ask the clinic admin to revoke the invitation and send a new one to the email you use.
The invitation was already accepted
Sign in with the same account that accepted it. Select Go to clinic dashboard, or use the clinic selector to choose the clinic.
The clinic has no paid-user space
Admin and Doctor roles count as paid users in the clinic’s subscription. Ask the clinic admin to check your role and the number of paid users included in the subscription before sending another invitation.
Some settings or sections are missing
Your assigned role and permissions control what you can see and do. For example, admins and receptionists have different access. Ask the clinic admin to review your role and permissions if you need a section that is unavailable.
