Create your clinic
A clinic is the shared place where your team manages patients, appointments, treatments, invoices, and daily work. Create a clinic if you are setting up a new clinic or a separate practice.
If you will join a clinic that already uses Asnan+, do not create another clinic. Ask a clinic admin to invite you, then follow Join a clinic.
Set up your clinic
Choose Create a new clinic
After you sign in, Asnan+ asks whether you want to join an existing clinic or create one. Select Create a new clinic.
Enter your clinic details
The clinic setup form opens. Enter the clinic name your team and patients know. Asnan+ uses this name on invoices, prescriptions, reminders, and other clinic documents. You can update it later in Clinic settings. Then choose your country and location. If your clinic is in Iraq, also choose its governorate and city.
Choose the settings your clinic uses every day:
- Dental numbering system: Choose Universal, FDI, or Palmer, depending on the system your clinic uses in dental records.
- Primary currency: Choose the currency your clinic uses most often for payments and financial records.
- Secondary currency: Choose another currency only if your clinic uses one.
- Timezone: Choose the timezone where your clinic works. This keeps appointment times correct.
If an Asnan+ clinic user gave you a Referral code in their invitation, enter it now. The code is needed for their clinic to receive its referral reward. Leave it empty if you do not have one. A referral code is different from a user invitation to join an existing clinic.
Check the information carefully, especially the clinic name, location, and timezone. Then select Create clinic.
Start using Asnan+
When You’re all set! appears, your clinic has been created. Select Start using Asnan+ to open your new clinic dashboard.
Choose your next step
Your clinic is ready to use. Choose what you want to do next:
- Invite your team: Give doctors, assistants, and receptionists their own access. Invite your team.
- Learn your way around: See the main areas of your new clinic. Navigate Asnan+.
Having trouble?
If you have one of the following problems, try the steps below.
I cannot continue
This can happen when a required field is empty or an earlier choice is incomplete. Check that you entered a clinic name, country, dental numbering system, primary currency, and timezone. If your clinic is in Iraq, also choose a governorate and city, then select Create clinic again.
I cannot create another free clinic
This happens when your account already has its free clinic. Asnan+ allows one free clinic, so upgrade an existing clinic before creating another one.
My governorates or cities do not load
This can happen when the location list is still loading or your connection is interrupted after you choose Iraq. Wait a moment, then try again. If the list still does not load, refresh the page and choose the country, governorate, and city once more.
